The Thermoline Scientific drying oven is a type of laboratory oven used for drying, sterilizing, and heating various materials and samples commonly used in scientific research, medical, and industrial settings.

The Thermoline Laboratory Drying Oven models are designed and manufactured to provide safe and precise temperature conditions for the items stored inside. Thermoline’s Australian Made drying ovens are designed to remove moisture from products and samples. Adjustable air inlet and exhaust vents supply fresh air into the chamber while removing moist air from the chamber. Typical applications include moisture removal from soil, paper, timber, plaster, fabric, coal and other minerals.

Thermoline have six drying ovens available, all designed and manufactured in Australia. These models are economical and very easy to use making them an ideal choice for all processes where products and samples require drying.

Stainless Steel Interior

Fan Forced Air Circulation

Fan-forced air circulation is a process of circulating air using a fan to distribute it evenly throughout the space. Thermoline’s horizontal airflow blows dry air across each shelf for effective drying anywhere inside the oven. Heated air is blown down the rear of the oven where it is then forced over the shelf spaces via a perforated rear wall.

Digital PID Microprocessor Controller

The Omron E5CC uses an automated programmable microprocessor to control the temperature within +/-0.1C. The bright LED display has a range of functions, including high alarm, temperature calibration and optional programmable ramp/dwell functions.
